I appreciate the work you did in correcting this resume from version 1. It goes very well with your stationary, of course, and that's attractive. The fact that you're fixing things constantly shows your attention to detail and a willingness to improve yourself because you want to be a professional, not because you HAVE to.
Having said that - this resume is cleaner but also not as engaging as your last resume. Double lines on the left don't give me an idea of your personality or chosen field; pictures DO. I think this choice, to go simpler, should be discussed with several professionals in the field.
